Yes, but the thing that it wasn’t just Rosa. That’s something that seems to be lost over the last 5 years. From the tweet Chelsea Green gave, she had a history of treating ppl like dirt, and Chelsea included herself in that comment. So it’s a pattern of behavior, not just once.

Win the whole thing?! That’s quite the goalpost, my man. How about they win a match or matches next year as opposed to the 0 points they’ll have this year? There are levels; I don’t think Garcia is winning this year but they have shown he is better than the man who competed last year for sure.

Yeah, I read ya. I’ve grown up with them wrestling other matches from the G1 to KotR, and it never hurt the tourney in my eyes.
Though to your point, Kommander and Mortos now have an excuse for losing, and next year can come back saying they are focusing only on the C2 this year. Just a thought.

Just you. I mean ppl in the G1 wrestle in tag, 6 and 8 man’s inbetween matches, and that’s fine. I dunno why it should be different for the C2.

As a guy who listens to some of of the ppl in your circle; I was honestly relieved to read ya not lose your mind in disappointment about a a fourway lol.
Some of my fav matches have been 3 or 4 ways, so I’m excited about the main event honestly.

So I understand it being frustrating, that’s fair. But AEW enforcing a contract he signed isn’t “inhumane treatment”. This has literally been a clause in every contract for decades now.
He’s in for quite a surprise if he thinks WWE isn’t gonna enforce their clause.

I disagree with ya a tad with Sasha. As of now, you’re right she’s not a ratings mover. However she moved tickets for Big Business and NJPW shows. And we’ve seen her have great matches with Willow, Statlander, and Vaquer. I blame it a lot on her presentation and writing: Pepperman.

It’s a mistake to chase them. If they come aboard great. But chasing them risks further alienating their main fanbase or sickos. Those fans prefer WWE’s way of doing things, and AEW copying that would be a huge mistake.

Well yes and no. Thing ppl underestimate with WWE is they’ve been around for over 70 years. A lot of their “new fans” are kids or grandkids or previous generations of “sickos” or hardcore fan base. That’s the advantage that feds with long lives have.

MJF by a country mile. Promo wise, Max wins. Dom’s whole “ppl never let him talk cause they won’t stop booing” is fun till I realized I’ve never actually heard him promo. Max has given multiple fav matches that I keep going back to while Dom has yet to give me one. Yeah, it’s MJF.

I feel like the perfect first opponent would be Matt Menard, story of it being a thank you for being his mentor for so long. Matt gets competitive for it, realizing it maybe his only shot at a title. Garcia wins in the end of course, the student surpasses the teacher, and it’s a lvl up for Garcia.

That music video gets ya a lot of info, but the matches with a lot of story usually get video packages. Worst case, the commentators give ya a run down. Most of the matches have stories, the exception is the tag titles. Story there is more it’s PP’s 1st defense.
