I should not look in the mirror with no shirt on. Did not recognize my reflection. I hate sounding vain, but before this, about 3 years ago, I used to be in fair shape. 5' 10" and around 180#. Last weigh-in was 120# two months ago. Less now. Really bummed. Thanx all for the support. Need that...1/2

Having a downturn morning. Not an easy day. All the meds do is get it just below feeling like I wanna yell and break something! Big waves of pain. Gritting teeth a lot.

Venting here might help. Can't do much of that where I live. Group life in board and care. I'm the only one here without dementia. Looking for an honest friend or two. Maybe I can find that before leaving. I try to stay positive and in this moment. It's all any of us have anyway. Hope!

Here goes. Been struggling with major health issue. Rectal adenocarcinoma, now learned just recently it has spread to my bones. Doing the hospice thing now. Just dealing as they ratchet up pain meds to a fare-thee-well. 90mg/day of morphine + 37.5mcg fentanyl barely gets me to a 5 out of 10. SHEESH!

The armchair quarterbacks on here are just pathetic. One even crassly referred to "Mexican" pilots! Some on here want to be snarky as if they're funny or making some valid point. They are not. People are losing EVERYTHING INCLUDING THEIR LIVES!! It's totally inappropriate and sick to joke about it!

I have been searching for an ink pen satirical sketch of Trump that seems to have vanished from the internet. It was a truly awful portrayal that reminded me of "The Portrait of Dorian Grey" in the late stage. If anyone knows where it is, please find and post!

51 days until we become North Korea. He has not even been sworn in and look! Already the isolation is happening. Our NATO allies are discussing how not to share sensitive intel with us. Our trade partners will soon just stop doing business with us out of frustration. The world will move far away.
