Until the Glorious Revolution of 1688 in Great Britain the chief source of independence and revenue for the King was the tariff power. Once parliament got this authority the legislature insured the rule of law. Henceforth, the king answered to the people. Yet today no strong response to usurpation?

Trump is sending and threatening to send troops against civilians in cities! When George III did this with his redcoats our ancestors called out the militia at Lexington and Concord and said ENOUGH! We have police forces to defend our states. Why not confront these federal forces ?
