I'm thinking about liberation today - how to practice it in the current political climate. Especially with 47 unapologetically exposing military violence and economy coercion to forward colonial dreams. I think we have to be just as unapologetic about our libertary ones.

Now that the Supreme Court Grants Pass decision is actively allowing cities to criminalize homelessness, we will see more and more instances of this inhumane treatment of our unhoused neighbors. Cruel, cruel country indeed!

Over 150 programs across the country have launched guaranteed income or direct cash assistance programs, prioritizing those who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness. Guaranteed income is a step towards repairing structural prejudice and racism in our institutions. Read more from CBPP below.
