We have video evidence of murders that have already happened and no of them are being held accountable and arrested.
What good will Body cams do? Better POV of their murders to share with their buddies?

This is new to me, DS9 is my favorite Trek series and I've never heard anyone shit talk Sisko. Imagine there are detractors to all the series out there though, so its not surprising.

I love this episode because its so early in TNG they didnt quite know how they wanted Data to behave or respond to like, pathogen or organic viruses, so the writers were like "Sure Data can get drunk and FUUUUUCK"
Which realistically makes no sense with later lore but by god they were doing it!

This is of course, subjectively speaking. The modern vernacular and somewhat 'dorky' meme culture/humor sprinkled in new Star Trek shows has always been a bit of a detractor for me, just not my style or wants from Star Trek.

For sure I agree Star Trek has always been a show relevant about issues now but I always like how Star Trek tried to kind of avoid modern language idioms, pop culture words and mannerism.
