I love how we women can chalk everything up to it being a certain time in our cycle. Like “sorry I’m sad n my farts smell bad, I’m in my luteal phase.” 🤷🏽‍♀️

Some days the idea of running away to find the zeal of life is so tempting but there’s no quick fix. We are dopamine intoxicated, our brains fill with dump trucks of cortisol and we’re just not meant to function this way. We must take baby steps to find peace. I am learning every day. Keep chugging.
