Anyone else have an employer come and say that due to budget issues they need to evaluate what staff to sack while explaining why they need to hire more admin staff at the same time.

A uni just developed poppy seed size radioactive pellets that can be used for energy production and even heating on the moon. Amazing times in this field right now.
