Participants also get a 45-minute individual coaching session with me or Micha. We schedule these meetings for the first few weeks of the program to help writers tackle any challenges they're facing and make the most of their time in the program.

Directed Draft includes four weekly group writing sessions (M-Th), two of which are guided by me or @micharahder.bsky.social.

That means participants get access to on-the-spot feedback from an experienced developmental editor twice per week for the full eight weeks!

The spring 2026 cohort runs from January 26-March 23.
