I do wish someone could make the man understand what a cognitive test is for so that, at least in that one area, he could stop embarrassing the United States every time he brags about "acing" one.

Every part of this is bonkers. The intro is bonkers. The transition to his health is bonkers. The mention that other presidents didn't need cognitive exams is bonkers. The claim that this screening test is somehow hard is bonkers. The idea that criticism of him is treason is bonkers. All of it.

We are sleepwalking our way into fascism in this country. People being kidnapped and disappeared, camps being built, military on our streets, political prosecutions. Where do people think this ends? Apathy is how Trump was elected in the first place and apathy will be the end of our democracy.
