Not a huge fan of Brexit…or the Tories. It’s not my fault, I voted to Remain.
Not a huge fan of unsolicited DM’s either. Please don’t. Many thanks.

The pastry on the top was worth the effort! Still sold now - might have to get one 😁

Which was too low. Not sure how many ways I can say this. IT WAS TOO LOW. One example, my brother, definitely in need, missed out on the winter fuel allowance because the bar was set too low.

Yes. This year. He did not qualify last year. The Labour Party made a mistake last year in setting the bar too low. You’re really not being helpful so perhaps call it a day now. Many thanks

My brother can no longer speak, to say he isn’t great with technology would be an understatement. He would have enormous difficulties in applying for anything whether he’d been aware of this support fund or not. The bar was set too low - end of.

I’m saying that my brothers pension is a fraction of £35k
I was saying if only he got that much

Ha ha…if only

My brother now breathes through a hole in his neck following throat cancer, has COPD so needs to be warm, the mistake definitely was in setting the bar so low. And I did support the policy in principle! That he was £1.40 too low in being able to apply for pension credit was frankly disgusting

Rachel Reeves does concern me though. I genuinely believed she would go after the more affluent people to raise money. My brother, genuinely in need, missed out on winter fuel allowance by £1.40. Not impressed at all

I am shocked to hear that they want her removed. She’s seemingly made it her life’s work to defend women and children. How anyone would think she wouldn’t work to make this hearing fair, is beyond me
