No it is for public distribution of any kind really. The links are only supposed to be shared with people you know, friends and family. There are several scouts in my council on that list unfortunately

Nick love that you are doing this support. Unfortunately, many councils do not allow scout links to be shared widely and have stiff penalties for doing so.
