I’ll never understand why Democratic lawmakers insist on normalizing fascists by perpetuating the myth of the “good reasonable Republican.” Republicans are not afraid of their base or the President. This is exactly where they’ve always wanted to be and how they like it.

Just a reminder that requiring insurance companies to cover people with pre-existing conditions is meaningless if insurers can charge them more or stick them in high-risk gulags. That’s the GOP health care plan. Protection in name only.
