Under Article 8, public bodies must show: Lawfulness – specific legal authority, clear policies, DPIAs, Legitimate aim – e.g., serious crime prevention, Necessity – no less intrusive method would achieve the goal, Proportionality – harm to rights must not exceed public benefit

If Reform can’t set a balanced budget, a Section 114 is the answer and isn’t a disaster : it’s a safeguard. It halts non-essential spending, forces transparency, and hands real control to professional officers. In practice, it would seriously hamstring Reform’s mismanagement. #KentCouncil

Watched The Big Short last night. It confirmed my view that all banking is a big scam designed to fleece the common man, bonds, CDO, BTO, CFO's are all there to hide risk and punish the proletariat when they fail
