rewatched first steps and i think i like it more now, i think the first half is definitely 5/5, and the second half is good too but lessened a bit by galactus having such muted colors. it's a bit disappointing to have that kinda gray DCEU villain palette. but the soundtrack is pretty great as well

In animation I've seen plenty of people assume their dept. is the hardest/most vital. As someone who's worked from vis dev to final stringout I can tell you: it's all vital. It's all skilled work. An engine is an important car part, but it still won't run without wheels. Be a team, not a tier list.
