Here’s our bills to ensure your privacy is protected, copyright holders are compensated, electricity and water bills don’t spike because of it, and if your AI tells a kid to kill themself, you go straight to jail.

Given all of AI’s many risks, seems like there’s huge political upside to regulation.

The parties have been pretty muddled on AI so far. I wonder if that’ll change before the 2028 primaries

Oh man, that’s so cool. You’ve gotta find a way to open source it!

Glad I could help!

I see it the opposite way: That was the thin edge of the wedge leading people to think they should wrongly reject all sorts of truths, which has now snowballed to a dangerous level

The number of paths is too large (think like a 15-digit number). Instead, you need to count them without enumerating them all. You can use a dynamic programming algorithm for this: the number of paths through a node is equal to the sum of paths going through its parents.

Are you sure devs will decide? There’s a possible future where a tool like Lovable wins because it appeals best to non-devs

Yeah, “buy now, pay later” (BNPL) blew up over the last couple of years. There’s been some great reporting on it

In my experience with Claude Code, it’s great at using CLI apps, e.g. gh instead of GitHub MCP. I’ve also let it use the aws CLI to debug issues in production, no MCP server needed.

In addition to their technology/patent edge, they’ve built a platform for writing code for their chips, which increases their moat. That plus rising sales with great profit margins is everything investors like to see
