Yeah, if you do not have a specialized hob for woks it will not be great, but even for a normal pan - not being able to lift it a bit and still receive a heat is not great. Induction is fine for a very casual cooking but if you want to improve and make some more challanging dishes gas is much better

Induction works only if the pan/pot lays flat. You cannot work it properly, you cannot really use wok. It does give higher temperature than most casual gas stoves tho, ill give it that
