It has only passed one level of congress, it is not enacted yet or in effect. This has to be approved by 60 senators to pass the Senate. They can't sue until it is actually an enacted bill.

One of the hardest parts is realizing I was always sane. When I saw it coming and was told I was wrong, paranoid, alarmist, I was, in fact, not crazy.

I have things I do to avoid the doom when I need a break, but I am not afforded the luxury of truly shutting off what is happening at current. The mushrooms are a nice surprise and inspiration for this photog though. ☺️
