I assume you're referring to the proposed small percentage on massive wealth? Interested to know why you think it wouldn't work?

I don't have a problem with high taxation, but we already have a well established wealth tax ie capital gains. Basic/higher rate is 18% / 24% versus 20% / 40% for income tax. Equalisation of these rates would be fairer and bring in more tax.
