3. The amount of information being sent on apps/texts and in writing is so overwhelming for someone who is well, let alone someone who is unwell. Patients need a PA To deal with it all & I am sure this leads to confusion & inevitable missed appointments #NHS A huge shout out to those providing care

2. Not enough is being done to improve sleep in hospitals. Patients allowed to have a radio on all night without headphones. Sleep is so important to aid healing & for general wellbeing #NHS 2/3
