I'd love to help, but I don't want to say it doesn't exist just because I can't find it. Its layout is similar to a Panasonic AN-409T. I don't think the prop is real, though. It doesn't have enough buttons or labels to be convey its functions. The flap clock looks too close to the bezel to operate.
