If you think that America abandoning DEI won’t affect you, think again. I was turned down for a job and pushed out of another within the last 2 weeks because I have a child in daycare. One felt I couldn’t commit fully to their company and one got angry over my schedule. Fuck this system.

I wonder if all of the Trump voters in my life, if they were in a room with Trump and he went on a racist tirade about Mexicans, if they would speak up for my half Mexican son. Somehow I don’t think they’d really care. Think I need to do some spring cleaning of the relationships I have.
