That’s really remarkable. They are just wasting time and money. A complete breakdown of law enforcement—made even worse by the fact that so much of law enforcement officers and resources has been redirected to immigration.

Dude is so hopelessly stuck in the 1980s. Carson retired in 1992–over 30 years ago—and died in 2005—more then 20 years ago. But Trump lives in a world where all that happened yesterday.

I am not sure she is that familiar w the Bible. What she put in the paper sounds like it is from Google AI . And I seriously doubt that the person who wrote this diatribe knows that the original word (for Eve?) in Hebrew is “ezer kenegdo,” or that It is translated to “suitable helper.”

A new page in the degradation of Bill Cassidy, where he explains that his experience as a physician treating the uninsured has taught him that losing your health care coverage is actually empowering.

I don’t see how you could show “commitment to the principles of the Founding, including equality under the law and democratic self-government” AND demonstrate fealty to the Trump administration and agenda.

I mean, what‘s the agenda? Fascism, autocracy, grifting, racism, and incompetence.

“There were no children’s hospitals when I was a kid. Because kids weren’t sick” is literally one of the stupidest things I have ever read online.

The first children‘s hospital was founded in the 1850s.

Here is a graph of child mortality over time:

Trump doesn’t know what haBeas corpus is, but he’s going to leave it up to Kristi Noem to decide whether to suspend your constitutional rights. Unfortunately, she doesn’t know what it is, either.

I’m old enough to remember that in 2017 Trump threw a keg party in the Rose Garden (may it RIP) for House Republicans when they voted to repeal the ACA and strip coverage from 24 million. All for tax cuts for the rich.

TX Attorney General Ken Paxton doesn’t understand that TCU is a private school.

(The school says that a TPUSA event was never scheduled, bc they couldn’t line up secure space on short notice.)

How often did he say his health care plan would be released in two weeks? And he had ”concepts” of a plan, right?

When they tried to repeal the ACA in 2017 (remember the House kegger), they had absolutely no replacement. Thank goodness for John McCain.

Young is the judge that Neil Gorsuch criticized for subverting the Court’s will. In his “apology,” Young noted that he wasn’t aware that shadow docket decisions were precedent. And indeed, that was news to a lot of people.

Glad to see that he’s not being cowed by Gorsuch’s bullying.

so, what are biologists or geneticists supposed to do?

Or what about discussing court cases about transgender rights?

Just erasing transgender people from their existence…

GMAFB. This piece from the NY Times is quite something, claiming that Trump really cares about and is personally invested in addressing autism.

Trump doesn’t give a rat’s ass about autism; he can’t be even bothered to learn about the extant research or the scientific consensus.

Remember when the NY Times described Hope Hicks’ decision on whether to defy a congressional subpoena as an “existential question”?—complete with a photo where she was elegantly pensive, LOL.

Good times.

To clarify, this photo was from a munitions factory in Scranton, where both he and Zelenskyy signed artillery shells presumably destined for Russian assets. Pro-Russia commentators said it showed that Dems were the party of war. Nothing to do w Israel.
