ADHD question: I KNOW that many aspects of my life would improve if I got out of bed at say, 7am, go to the beach, have coffee with mum/brother, do daily chores etc. Why then, do I stay awake till 2am sleep till 10am riddled with guilt and self-hatred coz I am so “hopeless”, “useless” etc..?
