Oh for sure. But when it comes to regulations over multinational corporations, it's good to strive for consistency. In this case, the SEC got their rules out first and the CA implementation isn't funded...so it may be smart to focus on learning from actual SEC impact as we build the CA version.

ARGH why can't we do this better in the U.S., given that many of our own train routes are full to bursting (Northeast, Capitol Corridor, San Joaquins...)? More trains please!!
