Our WI committee will be talking about how we move forward after the federation’s announcement last week regarding trans inclusion at our next meeting in January. But personally, I think we should leave the federation and boldly go out on our own.

We’ve had so many members over our ten years as a WI who don’t fit the conventional idea of what a woman looks like. Were they trans? I don’t know and I don’t care, but I *do know* that they were/are valued members of our group.

I’d love to buy it for what *I* think it’s worth…

Who knew that my stupid silly life was so fragile.

Suddenly the mental load & physical execution of every little thing (washing dishes, preparing food, showering, cleaning clothes) is an entire ordeal & the goalposts keep changing. As someone who needs a lot of routine and structure to thrive, this is an absolute nightmare.
