Meet the neighbors:Mom and her four kids have been dropping by daily. There’s a clear runt: smaller than the others, always last in line, generally falling behind or taking a wrong turn and having to peep for a mom rescue. But he (she?) wasn’t in formation this morning. Fingers crossed for tomorrow
