it's really bad for my job also, like I'm trying to get more writing tasks in place of managing ones but I'm also so spent lately and then my team members keep finding time for personal projects I encouraged them to do while I have trouble keeping up with writing basic game quests ://

I'm telling myself it's normal and justified because I needed to finish a project to graduate and I wrote like thirty speculative poems for that which isn't much but ehhh finishing it and the complementary analysis was so exhausting for me but still. I wish I was able to write for fun again
