Hey, I don’t know what you’ve tried or the vet said, but I had a kitty who was eating well but losing weight and it was hyperthyroidism, managed with methimazole in her food. Another one needs B12 to keep her appetite up. Mine are all seniors, 15yo. Hope yours is ok!
