This lawyer has a history of extreme rhetoric to get engagement. He brings disrepute to the bar. He is like the kid who wants attention and throws rocks to get it. Hopefully neither Gabby Gifford nor Sen. Mark Kelly will engage with him as it gives him what he wants and serves no one.

He is not a scientist or doctor not has any scientific or medical training or credentials. He is a lawyer who makes (made) money off claims that this or that causes autism. It is a travesty that he was confirmed as HHS Secretary.

And may I add that just because someone files a lawsuit does not mean that they have standing to do it, a legitimate cause of action, any injury, or otherwise meet the requirements to support the asserted cause or complaint. Unfortunately, baseless lawsuits get filed every day. ECM is not a fool.
