Trump has not ended the war in Ukraine in 24 hours as promised. Rubio is now moving the goalposts and saying that was never Trump's promise and that his new policy is just that he wants to see the war ended at some time.
CBS: One of the many things Trump said during his campaign was that he would end the war in Ukraine on day one. That did not happen.
