Having some mental health issues lately, so downloaded zen word game app as a healthy distraction tactic. Well, in 4 days, I out zen-ed all the other players two-fold. That's how zen works, right? 🤣

I tried to use my air fryer top for my Instant Pot for the 1st time today to make mini fried dough. I bought Birrittella's pizza dough. No directions on package. Website says, "ready to bake." Had to watch the video to learn it has to rise from 3.5-6 hrs before using. Grrr.

I'm starting to think not everyone has their pencil case from 40 years ago.
