Replaying Pokemon Legends Arceus has taught me two things:
1. I still very much love this game with all my heart.
2. Melli is still a weapons grade dingus and I still very much hate him with every fibre of my being.

Why are the NHS so opposed to standard talking therapies?
I’m on the waiting list for psychological therapy, was told it would be talking therapy, suddenly it’s not going to be “actual talking therapy, it’s about building coping mechanisms”.
Great. But why can talking not be a big part of that?
