Tariffs are taxation without representation. We wrote a whole Declaration of Independence about it. Threw tea in the harbor and everything.

Even *if* you accept Stephen Miller’s (textually, historically, and morally indefensible) claim that undocumented immigrants are not entitled to due process, you’d *still* need due process to ensure that the individuals at issue are, in fact, undocumented.

His argument fails even on its own terms.

A man who holds the title of President of the United States, who took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, who then says he doesn’t know if he’d uphold the Constitution, is unfit to be president and should be removed.

Mari’s quote was perfect. The administration is clearly incompetent and corrupt but the real responsibility lies with the republicans in Congress. They have neglected their duty and not upheld their oath. They had the power to stop all of this nonsense. 😡

What he said about Social Security payments has been repeatedly debunked - so the question isn’t whether he’s lying about this, the question is why.

What is this a pretext for? He and the GOP have long shown interest in going after Social Security. What are they going to try?

Starting this week, we’ll all pay more at the store because of the Trump tariffs, even while he’s finalizing a multi-trillion-dollar tax cut for the wealthy.

All the bluster is meant to get us talking about literally anything else.

I served the people, not the president as US Attorney. That's the oath. That's the job. That's why you don't put people who haven't worked at the Justice Department in charge of the Department, or people who haven't worked at the FBI in charge of the FBI.

The reckless Republican budget will be debated on the House floor today.

It represents the largest cut to Medicaid in American history.

Children, families, seniors, hospitals and nursing homes will be devastated.

House Democrats are a Hard NO.
