The White House called a 90-day tariff pause "fake news" on Monday after unverified X posts contributed to a stock market rally. On Wednesday, Trump announced a 90-day pause on country-by-country tariffs while enforcing 10% across-the-board tariffs. The U.S. is also raising tariffs on China to 125%.
