I started a “The Conquerer Challenges” ride a couple years ago. I would cycle through the Cotswold virtually. I love indoor cycling. However, I ended up having a medical emergency that resulted in PTSD. It’s been slow going to get in the habit to cycle again. It’s a good day to start anew 🩷

I had a heart monitor placed on Monday. A couple hours later it fell off because my lady lumps are too immaculate. Went back today for a different placement. Lady lumps better be on their best behavior the next two weeks!
