Vicks vapor rub on your feet then socks before bed. All the pressure points in feet attach to the nervous system. It doesn't cure it but I always feel better faster, plus who hates Vicks smell while sleeping...lol

My Sam likes to do that. We will sit on the top of the book shelf by my bed demand pets but will not care that he is mostly out of reach

And this is why every platform possible we must share and celebrate and learn from our history. We only learn from our past, the good, the bad, the injustice, the horrific. And we should celebrate the growth.

Email your senators when something seems sketchy or goes against your moral compass. We can all have different beliefs but at the core everyone should be treated with dignity and humanity.

I agree. I email my senators often let them know what we want. I want to be loud and clear that my children deserve better than what they are getting. And Feb 5th going to state capitals and peacefully standing together in uniformity will show we mean it.

What type of books do you love? If you like sci-fantasy with dragons one of my old school favorites is to reread Anne McCaffrey's dragon riders of pern. They are written in interconnected trilogies. For world building I'd start with the dragon song trilogy.
