It was with SimCity 3000 that I actually encountered that as a real issue.
See for some reason younger me liked to build power plants in a row, every time I needed more power I added another to the line, and eventually that was Microwave...right next to the Nuclear Plant built earlier...

They are going to have a rude awakening when the swimsuit and wedding versions start happening in the future. They're in the Japanese version and just aren't here yet, but they will be.

Well, while ZZZ or any Hoyo game has that 50/50, the actual chance of getting an S rank is only 0.6%
In Blue Archive that's 3%, up to 6% on Fest banners
That said that doesn't mean you're gonna get who you want, but yeah, I do tend to get better luck in Blue Archive than anything else, as well
