Is there a law firm with the vast resources and firepower to take on the federal government with a suit of this magnitude that hasn't been hamstrung by the administration? There was a reason he went after law firms as soon as he took office.

Suits against the government are more challenging than ever due to policies that began with Trump 1.0. Not only is this regime systematically relieving us of constitutional rights, but a taking a sledgehammer to our ability to have any recourse.

Article from the Hill today does not mention an invitation from the WH. It does say that European leaders will be there in solidarity at Zelenskyy's request. Trump behaved like a horse's ass last time Zelenskyy was in town. The EU isn't standing for it again. thehill.com/policy/inter...

Nowhere in the reporting does it say they were invited by the WH. The reporting does say that "European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced on X that she will take part in the talks, "at the request of President Zelenskyy." "

Nothing but political theater and a way for Trump to legitimize Putin on the world stage - likely a give away of US assets to Russia. If this had anything to do with ending the war in Ukraine, the primary participants at this meeting would be Ukrainians, and not Trumps' non-diplomatic B-team.

So much of Trump's ugly past and present, got buried. Epstein and Trump were besties (not acquaintances or neighbors, but BFFs) for years. Their breakup had to do with DT screwing Epstein over real estate and using the human trafficking as leverage...allegedly. docs.house.gov/meetings/JU/...

When I moved here in 92, NC was an up and coming education, healthcare and tech hub. But with progress comes an intelligent informed electorate - can't have that. Corruption and ignorance are celebrated and a resurgence of all the "isms" has become a source of pride. NC GOP is a political cesspool.

Continuing to point out that Biden was declining (which today affects no one -he is out of office, Jake!), while the current occupier of the WH has made it clear in front of cameras he doesn't know the difference between the UK and the EU, is a bold and journalistically negligent choice.
