Another iteration to test visual clarity.

People around me often ask me to check websites before buying. Reviews look good, sometimes too good. Often, it's a scam.

Social proof is powerful. Even more with recognized logos (Trustpilot, G2, Google Business..) and verifiable links.

Simple, and it changes everything.

Any designers here taking magnesium glycinate, ashwagandha or lion’s mane?

I’m not sure these light lines are the best. I’m open to any ideas or recommendations.

I just realized only now that I’ve been wasting my time sending screenshots of my designs to ChatGPT. I just need to share the link to my Figma prototype and it can give me feedback after each change 💀

I have the impression that for project and administrative management, no tool really works well without having to combine several (ClickUp, Notion, Clockify, etc.). Whether for freelancers, agencies, or companies.

Many deaths have been announced since the Figma Config. Canva, Illustrator, Framer… I don’t think it will be the end for these tools, except maybe for Illustrator, which has become infamous and outdated 💀 Not to mention that CMSs like Wordpress are still around, used by millions of people.

An essential reminder for all WordPress (or any CMS) users

Be careful about what you install. Plugins, themes, modules... always test them in a secure environment before integrating them into your production site.

Iterations are always appreciated in design, pushing ideas until you find an interesting direction

Ending a client collaboration is never pleasant, but seeing through a troubled project isn't either. It would waste even more time.

The frustration is worse when there's no design yet, only brand strategy.

Time to revisit paused ideas and return to design work.

Opening ChatGPT and seeing that I can now work with Mac applications 👀 There aren’t many supported yet, but just for Notion, it already looks very interesting.

I'm trying dashboard design for the first time, it's quite interesting and enjoyable to do. A project in the real estate field is coming, it will also include a dashboard, as well as a website, but for now, it's about revisiting their brand branding.

Being introverted is never easy, especially when you don’t like putting yourself out there, social media, or even photos. But finally, a first step has been taken with a profile picture, especially thanks to AI for creating a decent photo. There are things to revise, but it’s a good start.

Are there designers who have already done hybrid contracts? If so, were they really worthwhile? I'd like to know if this is a common practice and if it often works, given that it depends on several factors.

I am not very active since my return because quite busy. But one more goal achieved with obtaining the Framer Expert status on @framer.com . And that, that feels good.

Last night in Australia. Going far away has been beneficial in every way, as well as restful.

Reading Deep Work made me rethink ideas and ways of doing things about how to work. It's time to put new practices in place.

I can't wait to get back to my office and design.

After a few emails and calls, everything is taken care of by the insurance, even the period of incapacity for work that required postponing the return by a week, which is good news.

But it’s always frustrating when you want to get back to work, but you can’t.

Are there any freelancers who have had to extend their vacation due to an issue with a loved one?

If so, did you check with your professional insurance, if you have one, about compensation for work incapacity?

After partially planning 2025, it’s time to head to Brisbane tomorrow. It’s been 15 years since I last traveled or flew to such a distant destination. I’m really looking forward to exploring new landscapes, experiencing a different culture, and learning more about its history.

Taking a few days off was beneficial; it’s time to plan 2025 before heading to Australia to truly recharge.
