I've had horrid allergies my whole life. Never knew I'd discover a new realm that maybe no one has?? Winter allergies. Nova Scotia has given me more allergy attacks, allergy pills taken, Kleenex used, and gasps for air in winter than every spring/summer/fall combined.

Bonuses of working alone in the office while a kitchen reno is going on: I don't have to turn on the overhead lighting, and the water cooler got moved to my desk area. If you don't include the loud noises that are starting in half an hour, it's the most zen day, ever. 😜

First ride on one of the new electric buses. Anyone that rides #hfxtransit knows you're perpetually unbalanced on every ride. Not in these new seats! I didn't have to stick a leg out, or lean against a turn once! It was amazing. Five stars. #AdventuresinHalifaxTransit
