I like to surprise my friends at Thanksgiving with custom place cards, & this year I designed these tiny cinema marquee place cards.
The design is perfect for 3D printing, since I needed enough for everyone & I needed them FAST. They snap fit together & use an LED noodle to give that perfect glow.

Not literally, of course. But using a bike accident & Grade 5 tibial plateau fracture as fuel for creating unique art has been healing beyond measure.
I can't pretend what happened didn't change me, but I refuse to be reduced by it. 💜

Hey, I wanted an upgrade, okay? 😂
I think even if I HADN'T replaced my Prusa MK3S with the MK4S, I'd have wanted to upgrade the MK4. The upgrade kit was easy and straightforward, and in the end, I had something pretty groovy. 😉

There is something weirdly exciting about getting my new @josefprusa.bsky.social MK4S set up with the MMU3 and seeing that little 5 colour calibration print. I've never owned an MMU before and possessed the capabilities it adds on. That little colour wheel kinda makes it all feel real!

Hilariously enough, it seems Prusa Research is popular with my cats as well, as they couldn't stop sniffing and climbing all over the boxes. Dipper even turned the MK4S into a bed. 😂 Well then.

Super excited to get this nice stack of boxes from @josefprusa.bsky.social today! The Katz Creates workshop is getting a long overdue upgrade as all of my Prusa printers get brought up to MK4S! There might be some other surprises in here too. 🤔😘
