There is no proper continue when playing the campaign, so every time you complete a level, you have to go back to the main menu and select the next level from there.
The time is in minutes, not hours, by the way. In case there may be any confusion.

I've been checking out Timesplitters series for the first time--well, actually, I've been checking out its fan-made project: Timesplitters Rewind. And it's HARD, even on normal - I really wasn't expecting that.
