I use ComicFury(creative freedom/no censoring. Also, a legacy platform, in the best way) and GlobalComix(subscription options and it's an app) for my series. You can also look into NamiComi though I haven't used that one yet.

Webtoon and Tapas lead in visibility, but Webtoon causes its creators a lot of issues: pulling their series, removing payment systems, censoring/punitive measures w/o warning, etc.
Tapas seems more uploading issues and their template system is more difficult though their censoring is more relaxed.
