It's fun. I serialized my Marla Mason prequel Bone Shop on my website with a paypal tip button ages ago and it did great, led to me kickstarting the last vols

My novel Heirs of Grace was originally a serial from 47North too... and I serialized a novella on Patreon this year! I should do another one

Dangerous Animals (a serial killer who serial kills people using sharks) hit all the requisite beats for an abducted-by-a-murderer-survival-thriller but had some great performances by both leads AND acknowledged that sharks don't like to eat people and only do so by mistake, actually

I like Noroi a tiny bit less than A Record of Sweet Murder and Occult but that's just because I like cosmic horror a smidge more than folk horror. It's great. I'd like to watch all of Koji Shiraishi's movies but he's WRITTEN 72 and DIRECTED 96, so, bit of a project

The I'm Haunted movies are terrible and amateurish but unhinged in a way I enjoy. The 5h one is clearly an homage to New Nightmare and early on the director, on screen, says "This is like New Nightmare!" and explains the premise of that movie, which is also the premise of his movie

I was unable to watch a horror movie last night but I'm still on track for my goal of 31 horror movies in October because I've had some double features

So far, a rewatch of Autopsy of Jane Doe, plus Sissy, Dangerous Animals, V/H/S/ Halloween, I'm Haunted 4 and 5, and Noroi: The Curse (the standout)
