It also seems (due to his severe mental decline) that he has forgotten that he's done art in the past that he'd auction it off for charities.

Because Trump suffers from Frontotemporal dementia he has to wear lifts in the heels of his shoes to help balance himself, other wise he would constantly be doing face plants to the ground.
