Bill was such a nice guy, and I’m so proud to have supported his campaigns and met him in person a number of times. His passing is a shock and I truly feel for his family. 💔

Senator Murkowski won the seat from Alaska because enough Independents and Democrats voted for her. It is a DEEPLY red state And she is one of the few voices of reason. It took a coalition to get her into office. The alternatives were much, much worse.

Maybe they need a diagram to cut through their cowardice.

Up to 200m people died in Europe and Africa; up to 60% of the population in Europe died at the height of it all. People still get the plague, but now we have antibiotics. I don’t really like people, but I’m not a fan of needing so many to die for somebody’s herd immunity fantasy.

I think what you’re noticing is the correlation between societies that prioritize clean drinking water & ALSO prioritize at least enough healthcare to include vaccines. Clean drinking water is important. Vaccines are important. Both can happen at the same time.
