yesterday i suffered a mental break.
i walked out in the middle of a raging rain storm in just a tshirt and somehow ended up soaked and staring into space in the local graveyard.
idon't remember getting home but my wife came to collect me.
This was caused by the supreme court decision.

had my first PCBs printed for the model railway. sure thdyre just basic tracks with a couple of vias and nothing exciting but it makes my adhd brain happy to get rid of the old prototype board mess.

just waiting for the 1.27mm pin headers to arrive so i can solder them in.

last night i had what can be described as a panic attack in my hospital room.
i felt things happen at my surgery site which felt like tearing and bleeding.
cue the whole body tingles, beocming freezing cold, nauseous, dizzy.
i was afraid of bleeding out.
this morning i am awake and in pain but ok.

hospitals are busy places. i've been in this place for a few days now, some of that time drugged up to the eyeballs with painkillers.
now everything i own smells of hospital, and the concept of day and night are just gone.
am i waking up at 2am for my obs or going sleep at 3pm? who knows any more.
