6 to 8%, cumulative pay rises do not adequately address a real-terms pay cut of approximately 21% since 2008.

The sexual abuse of minors is not a partisan issue.

#ReleaseTheEpsteinFiles is about right vs wrong, good vs evil, and it’s long past time to acknowledge and protect the survivors.

Not to be this guy but I’m not sure doubling down on “climate change isn’t an existential threat to human society” is the most effective evidence-based, play-it-cool messaging that climate scientists have ever come up with

Time for the UK to be open on its stance! We have just commemorated those dying in a war to fight fascism! Can we demonstrate that we are still anti fascist please? 🤷🏼‍♀️
The US straight up saying that fascism is a foundation of Western civilisation wasn't on my bingo card but OK

One bit of the BBC story that needs more scrutiny - and which might be the most important - is, why did Michael Grade look at the 'report' produced by Michael Prescott and demand the BBC act rather than, as an independent regulator would have done, toss it in the bin?

A Labour Party has jettisoned plans to increase taxes on unearned income - disproportionately enjoyed by the wealthy - and is increasing them instead on the earned income of normal people. What a shocking indictment.

Time for @teamlabouruk.bsky.social to take some responsibility for the fascism. If they can support criminalising peaceful protest against a genocide, they can support a stand against the far right, especially in British institutions!
