Horns and teeth are in place, so the main mask is basically finished! Although I need to make her hair/mane so that's the next big step (hence the black mesh on her head). So close, I can't wait to get some nice photos taken of this.

We have had a flock to magpies around lately. I'm trying to entice them to stay by offering peanuts in the morning. Its fun watching their different personalities. One always insists on taking two peanuts at a time. Another is missing a foot

Looks great! I'm a sucker for golds/orange/yellows! Use a metallic gold for the last bit of dry brushing and it'll really make things pop! Or a nice perlencent on a pale blue would look amazing too!

Guys, I am so freakin' excited about this! Whipped up some irises for her eyes and they're going to be amazing all painted up, I can feel it!

I've been working on the straps and padding today, as well as sanding everything. My hands hurt.
