Last week I significantly reduced risk. I'm running the lightest book I've had since Q2 '22
Too many variables. Too many unknowns. And not enough risk premia in spreads to be able to weather those variables/unknowns
Have a small allocation to idiosyncratic stories but am only 20% invested

When you explain to blank faces that even the perceived worst asset class in EMD (EM local) over the past 10 years has outperformed DM government bond indices 10y,5y,3y,2y,1y basis and looks very cheap today…

Argentina at 500bps…. Maybe time to focus more on local rates here.
